Inglewood’s Circa art glass has for over 20 years provided interior designers and local collectors with some of the finest art glass from around the world. Specializing in Mid-Century-Modern Art glass from European studios in Italy, Scandinavia, France, Belgium & the Czech Republic Circa focuses on hand-blown works of art from the 1940-1960s.
Owner and unofficial King of Inglewood, Brian Imeson, has spent over 20 years searching & collecting art glass from his contacts in key European locales. According to Brian, “Mid Century Modern is defined by its modern forms, biomorphic shapes, sensual lines and exceptional quality in materials and workmanship. Bright, intense, vivid colors are characteristic of this period. Forged in the furnaces of post war Europe and North America, the art glass from this period ranges from sophisticated in form, to abstract in nature.”
In addition to fine art glass Circa also specializes in European Vintage Art glass lamps from studios such as SEGUSO, VAL ST.LAMBERT, CENEDESE, DAUM, VANNES, COFRAC and ORREFORS.
